Hey! What's up with the Smalls? I have curves!
I do make bigger sizes but not as often as the small/mediums. I do, however, try to get a few L/XL items for sale a month. Believe me, I have nothing against making other sizes! The best thing everyone can do is send me size requests. The more I get from different people the more I will make.

Will you make me a top / hoodie just like the one that just sold? I missed out on it and I really wanted it.
I know how you feel. But, unless the design was NOT a OOAK (one of a kind) I won't make another. It just isn't fair to the buyer who wanted a Label of Hope original.

I like an item but I'd like you to make some changes. Can you do that?
I prefer to keep the items that are already made "as is". Why? Because either:
a) I'll goof and ruin the top beyond repair with some freak scissor accident, and b) Ripping a top completely apart is not only extremely time consuming but also can change the original size/design.

What size is the model?
I wear a size Small to Medium & usually a size 4 dress size (ahem, sometimes a 6). For reference and/or slightly perverse curiosity my measurements are: 36-26-38 & growing everyday!

How are your measurements taken?
The bust is taken laying flat from armpit seam to armpit seam (not around). The waist is laying flat side seam to side seam (not around). The length is taken laying flat from the shoulder seam to the very bottom of the garment. The bicep is laying flat but I do caculate it around for you.

I live close to you can I pick the item up or meet somewhere so I don't have to pay the shipping?
I'm sorry, I don't hand deliver items or arrange meetings. All items won will be mailed to you.

Do you accept custom orders?
I do get super busy and I can't accept them all the time. if you are able to catch me at a time when I can do custom work please read below before contacting me:

1. When messaging me about a possible custom order be sure to give your choices for #2 and #3 below.
I will no longer be responding to custom requests with out this info.

2. Tell me which size you've been buying and like best: xs/s, s/m, m/l, or l/xl

3. Your color and design choices. For ideas you can visit my website and the sold section of my etsy store.

When selecting a design please keep in mind:
-REMAKING AN EXACT ITEM THAT IS ALREADY SOLD is a NO-NO! Feel free to browse the site for inspiration but don't ask for an exact copy of something.
-I will not take pics of every single piece of fabric, buttons, etc in inventory.
-If I do not have your fabrics/colors available I won't make your item.
-Some of my older patterns have been purged. If I don't have a pattern pre-made in your style and size I may not be able to take your order.
-I will NOT copy another designers work or make something outside my "genre".
-Making you wait a long time to get an item made isn't good for either of us. I only accept orders that can be completed in a week or less. No exceptions.

4. All prices are based on fabric cost, detail of the item, difficulty, and the time it takes to make.

5. A deposit may be required. ALL SALES are FINAL on custom orders.

6. Custom orders will be put on etsy as a "RESERVED for you" listing. If you don't have an Etsy account I will happily sell you the item through the website/email.

If I am swamped feel free to leave your request anyway. I do keep note of them.

So, if I request something does that mean you'll for sure get it made?
Requests only get made if enough people ask for the same things. For example if a few people email me and say, "I love Green" I'm going to get something green made. The same goes for sizes and designs.
